Meet Neurospicy Coaching UK
Because Neurotypical Advice Doesn't Flipping Work!
The bit where I tell you why I'm qualified to have opinions about your life
I'm Candy.
I coach neurospicy women and teens, and I come at it from three directions at once.
I've done twenty years of corporate leadership. Which means I know exactly what it costs to run a demanding job on a brain that's improvising the whole way through.
I know the 5am dread, the meeting you performed brilliantly in and then sat in the car park for forty minutes afterwards, the reputation for being brilliant that you're privately convinced is a clerical error. I'm still doing it four days a week, so this isn't a memory. It's Tuesday.
I've got the qualification to back it. A CPD-accredited qualification in neurodiversity coaching, so what you get is proper coaching practice rather than someone who read a few carousels and fancied a career change. There are a lot of those about. I'd rather you knew the difference.
And I live it at home. I'm married to a spicy-brained man and I've got offspring of both the spicy and non-spicy variety. Our house is loud, funny, occasionally chaotic and full of extremely creative approaches to ordinary problems. Dull, it is not.
So when I say I understand what you're describing, it's because I've had it from the inside, from the sidelines and from the textbook.
Here's what I actually think.
You've spent years being handed advice built for a brain that isn't yours, then quietly blamed when it didn't stick.
You're resourceful, clever and doing far more than anyone can see. The work isn't becoming somebody else. It's building a life that runs on the brain you've actually got, and then getting to enjoy it.
Meltdowns will still happen.
Toes will get nudged past comfort zones.
There's no getting round the work. But the good stuff starts to outweigh the hard stuff, and that shift is the whole job.
Tell me what's going on.
Even if it seems dark right now, there's light in it somewhere.

Life Skills Unlocked
So not only do we do coaching here we also run workshops just for neurodivergent young people
Its a safe space for teens and young adults to explore their strengths, build confidence, and hang out with people who actually get it.
Games, hands-on activities, and real talk, you’ll pick up new ways to handle life, celebrate your neurodivergent brain, and maybe even have some fun along the way.
Being a young person in todays world is hard enough without the added sprinkling of brain chaos so we aim to spread joy like confetti
